District Nurse Liaison is moving
On Friday 20 November, District Nurse Liaison will be moving from the ground floor of Suffolk House, (Baxter Avenue, Southend-on- Sea, SS2 6HZ) to the first floor of Suffolk House. The team be offering a reduced service on 20 November with normal service resuming on Monday 23 November. District Nurse Liaison will be contactable on the usual number: 01702 608250
