Meetings take place every other month and alternate between the NHS South Essex Cluster headquarters in Basildon, the satellite office in Southend and Little Havens Children's Hospice in Thundersley.

If travelling by public transport, the number 25 bus travels between Southend and Basildon Sainsburys (East Mayne), which is a short walk away from Phoenix Place, Christopher Martin Road, Basildon. Visit www.transportdirect.info for alternative public transport information. The number 25 bus also calls at Basildon (C2C line) and Wickford (Greater Anglia) train stations.
