The procedures for making a booking are:

• Identify which room you need to book, time, date and at what site. Also if you need any resources in the room. A projector, flipchart or teas of coffees, etc. These are all extra charges.
• Have your contact and budget holder details ready for the receptionist, clinic clerk or centre support officer when making the booking.
• Once the receptionist, clinic clerk or centre support officer has made the booking a booking confirmation email will be sent out to the person who made the booking. Within this email is a link to the terms and conditions.
• The relevant acceptance page of the terms and conditions need to be signed and sent back to the site where the booking has been made.

N.B – It is really important that the T’s and C’s are signed and sent back. If they are not then the receptionist, clinic clerk or centre support officer will get the individual to sign when they arrive for session booked.

When booking a room within the estate please ring the site direct. The receptionist, clinic clerk or centre support officer will then make the booking for you.
